Rival Teardown prepares written competitive research reports ("Reports") about companies you nominate. Each Report covers a fixed number of competitors and is delivered as a PDF file and a web link.
You send a request with your company name and the competitors to be covered. We confirm scope, send a payment link, and begin work after payment clears. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes you may owe in your jurisdiction.
Standard Reports are delivered within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Deep Dive engagements are delivered within five business days. If we miss a stated deadline for reasons within our control, you may cancel for a full refund.
If a Report does not match the scope we agreed in writing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund in full. Refunds are not available once a Report has been used, redistributed, or incorporated into another work.
You may use a Report internally, share it within your organisation, and quote from it. You may not resell it, publish it in full, or present it as your own research.
Reports are compiled exclusively from publicly accessible information. We link our sources and date every capture. Public information changes; figures are accurate as of the capture date stated in each Report and are not a guarantee of current or future pricing, behaviour or performance of any company.
Reports are research documents. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and you remain responsible for your own commercial decisions.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Report is limited to the amount you paid for that Report.
